TEMP LEVELLING EPOXY

Characteristics of Adhesive

• Good thixotropic, easy to paste;

• Based on unsaturated resin, strength increasing fast, which can insure lying of jack lifting of bridge. Can be done synchronously. The strength can reach 80% of its highest strength within 30 min after curing;

• Good curing performance, high compressive strength and bonding strength, good toughness and impact resistance, good aging and medium resistance (acid, alkali and water etc.).

Application Range

• Repairing and leveling of bridge piers, abutment, the surface of the plate beam and chiseled position which will lay the jack after;

• That can make jack and piers afford stress together while and lifting bridge, at the same time it can reduce the damage of Jack cylinder body and accidents which would caused by uneven or defects of the bridge pier platform and some equipment failure.

Application Range
