Due to long time use, the structure of concrete structure is loose, peeling off, shelling, original structure reinforcement, local corrosion and concrete burst. The water channel between the sedimentation tank and the filter is analyzed in accordance with the analysis of the “large repair plan for the exterior wall of the song six mausoleum water plant and the buildings” provided by the first design and Research Institute of Shanghai municipal engineering design and Research Group Co., Ltd.. The appearance of the channel is as follows: the external wall is partially bonded and fractured in the outer wall; there are many strips in the floor. The vertical cracks in the longitudinal direction of the canal have white crystals. There are fine cracks on the outer wall and bottom of the channel, and there are white calcified crystals in the joints.
Solution
1.Remove the serious corrosion parts of the steel bar, cut off the loose surface layer, repair welding high level of steel, to restore the normal use of the original structure system and safety reserve and use the mending mortar.
2.The steel corrosion has obvious place, chiseling loose surface layer and repair mortar.
3. For deeper cracks or even seepage, grouting is applied to the epoxy resin in the direction of cracks.
4.Clean up the surface debris of the whole channel. First, connect the direction along the canal to 1 layers of carbon fiber, then stick the carbon fiber 1 layers vertically.
